About the Role:

We are seeking a Conversational Designer with proficiency in Arabic to join our team for a prestigious Mphasis project. The ideal candidate will have expertise in conversational design using Kore.ai and a strong command of the Arabic language.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design conversational experiences using Kore.ai.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine conversational workflows.
• Ensure seamless communication in Arabic for end-users.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Arabic language (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Experience in Conversational Design tools like Kore.ai .
