Must have skills :

- SAP SuccessFactors (Performance & Goals/ Integration/Onboarding/Offboarding/- Workforce Analytics/Recruiting/- Employee Central /Succession & Development) Any of these.

- Minimum 6 year(s) of experience is required.

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education.

Location : PAN India.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and procedures.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology.

- Mentor and guide junior professionals in the team.

- Identify and address any risks or issues that may arise during project execution.

Professional & Technical Skills :

- Must To Have Skills : Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development.

- Good To Have Skills : Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Integrations Technical.

- Strong understanding of HR processes and systems.

- Experience in implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors modules.

- Knowledge of integration points between SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP SuccessFactors.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
