We are seeking a skilled Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a strong technical background in SAP SuccessFactors Integrations to join our dynamic team.

This role is pivotal in driving innovative practices in delivery and bringing deep expertise into client engagements. As an SME, you will shape strategy by applying your deep technical knowledge, business acumen, and strong communication skills to deliver best-in-class solutions.

You will work directly with clients, playing a key role in gathering requirements, designing solutions, and implementing technology-driven business changes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead as an SME : Provide technical leadership in SAP SuccessFactors Integrations and act as the go-to expert for internal and client teams.

- Team Collaboration & Leadership : Manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams, driving key decisions and ensuring smooth project delivery. Mentor and guide junior professionals.

- Client Engagement : Establish a trusted advisor relationship with clients, understanding their business needs, and delivering tailored SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

- Innovation & Strategy : Stay ahead of the curve by bringing emerging ideas to life, helping to shape the strategy.

- Problem-Solving & Solutioning : Proactively identify problems across teams and propose practical and innovative solutions for integration challenges.

- Continuous Improvement : Drive process enhancements and ensure the adoption of best practices in SAP SuccessFactors integrations and related technologies.

- Performance Management : Conduct regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance and growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Must-Have : Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Integrations with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in implementation, troubleshooting, and support.

- Good-to-Have : Experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite and other SAP-related technologies is advantageous.

- Integration Expertise : In-depth understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules and integration points. Ability to design and implement seamless integrations across various platforms.

- Technical Tools : Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (SAP CPI) and other integration tools, with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

- Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead teams, make decisions, and drive collaboration across multiple teams and stakeholders.
