Job Position : SAP SF Architect.

Location : Gurugram.

Responsibilities :

- More than 10+ years of SAP Success Factor Implementation Experience in various industries covering all the phases of an Implementation cycle. (Relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors Architect 5+ years).

- Success Factors Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning Management and Succession Management Solution Expertise in providing Consulting Services to the Global organizations in HCM Best Practices and help clients to migrate to SAP HCM Cloud solutions.

- Translate Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and create Solution Design for SuccessFactors Employee Management Solution in compliance with the Best Practices.

- Excellent understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management process in Global organizations.

- Expertise in providing Project Team Orientation and conducting knowledge transfer sessions for clients.

- System configuration in accordance with Solution Design & Configuration Workbook / Business Blueprint.

- Must have knowledge in module integrations within Success Factor.

- Expertise in integrating the solution with SuccessFactors / SAP or 3rd party HRIS & solutions.

- Provide Project Team Orientation & Train the End User.

- Experience as SAP HCM lead consultant; sound knowledge across modules; providing guidance to the functional consultants and development team for developing the solution.

- Should have thorough SAP HCM and Success Factor configuration experience.

- Create and review functional specifications and provide feedback for content and structure.

- Provide guidance on complex functional and technical issues.

Desired Skills :

- Should have knowledge on Success Factor Analytics, Learning Management Onboarding with Employee Central.

- Strong understanding of the SAP HCM Cloud Solution.

- Experience defining standards, patterns, and reusable architectures.
