Finance Controller

Role: Finance Controller

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive cost savings and identify areas of improvement in yield/efficiency.

• Share exception reporting and monthly compliance report of various processes.
• Engaging with external stakeholders such as vendors, bankers as well as internal stakeholders including CFO, MD, RCEOs, CSO, BD and Project Directors.
• Engagement with internal auditors and statutory auditors.
• Preparation of board pack and analysis on quarterly basis.
• Prepare accounting position papers for all new transactions.
• Ensuring CARO compliance and ICFR.
• Automation of excel processes and reduce manual intervention in ERP based reports for review of senior management.
• Process including Construction, Non Construction, Land, AR team and FR team to report to this position, who in turn will report to CFO.
• He / She will work closely with Tax, CS, MIS, Treasury and Internal audit team as peers.

Skills & Competencies:

• CA with 15 years of experience. Having worked in controller position in comparable size companies for 3 years or more.
• Has SAP experience.
• Big 4 experience will be an advantage.
• BPO / KPO experience can be useful if managed large process teams.
