Job Description

Role Objective:

To generate sales business for a particular market with the help of Pre sales team. This position demands excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a customer-first approach to maximize lead conversions and enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate revenue of 150 to 200 cr for a particular market. And generation for a real estate portfolio worth 75cr comprising of luxury & aspirational.

  • Handle Ops/ Tele Callers teams for Clients.

  • Follow up with clients for coordination for walk in site residences.

  • Maintain Good Relationship with required stakeholders.

  • Understand Clients interests as per buying projects.

  • Deliver targeted topline as per the projects business plan by meeting sales targets.

  • Handle Sales Coordination Managers.

  • Projection & maintenance of a luxury real estate brand attitude & delivering positive customer experience to a distinguished client base comprising of influential names in Mumbai.

  • Regular analysis of sales trends & coming up with sales techniques that target the right market with the right too.

  • Participate in negotiations & bringing deals to a closure.

  • Stay up-to-date with product & market knowledge.

Skills:

Business development, Very good analytical skills, Team Management, Leadership skills.


Qualification: MBA or Graduate


Practice and Other Requirements: 12 years sales experience + Someone who is worked in BFSI industry or worked in Outbound Sales process.
