Lodha Group - City Strategy Role (4-9 yrs)

- The city strategy role is like running a mayors office for the private city and townships business of Lodha. The key areas managed will be city commercials P&L (own & drive the account), overlooking and improving city operations, brainstorm & identify initiatives for city's growth in line with business vision. Additionally, the city lead will work in cocreating city's medium/long-term vision and taking up new development initiatives towards achieving the vision. The role will also entail working with peers in strategy development & execution for new project launches within city. Additional details on some of the key segments mentioned above

- City operations P&L Managing city management commercial account by way of annual budget review and approvals. Analyse and plan for long-term P&L by way of revising CAM rates for new sales, identifying cost-reduction & optimization opportunities

- City development initiatives Identify segments for city growth such as sports, education, mobility, new product types. Own and work towards forming initiatives in identified areas and end-to-end execution of these initiatives

- Strategy and execution of new launches . Identify new product types (building type, layout, typology etc.) aligning with overall city growth strategy. Make P&L projections along with peers and support in execution

- City operations Overlook city operations and identify areas of strategic interventions in areas of operations, org structure, customer service etc. Plan and support in project handover in terms of society formations, commercial settlement statements
