Roles & Responsibilitie
- Subject matter expertise:
o Understand commercial landscape, needs of MSME's and industry, accentuate practical use cases of the solutions offered and help in refining the strategy for TransUnion's play in digital MSME lending
o Research evolving trends, regulation and constantly refine the product-market fit for TU
- Business Development:
o Business development with key decision makers and CXOs across the ecosystem players and lending institutions
o Drive deal origination, orchestrate delivery success by adherence to time and quality SLAs and be accountable for the revenue achievement
o Engage with ecosystem players such as Fintechs of GST, bank statement, ITR and API banking ecosystem of lenders
o Lead partnerships and alliances with on co-creating new research content and data/product offerings
- Cross-functional engagement:
o Extensive cross-functional engagement with Products, Sales, Operations & IT to ensure delivery and implementation of commercial solutions
o Work closely with the Director - Commercial Vertical, in tracking opportunities, driving closures and exceeding targets
Experience and Skills:
- Master's degree in Business, Finance or Economics or Commerce
- 10 years' experience in BFSI in MSME Segment / Commercial Banking
- Experience in business development, sales, products or implementation of technology solutions
- A thorough understanding of the technology & analytics use cases in BFSI space
- Self-starter, ability to work independently, handle ambiguous situations and exercise judgement in variety of situations.
- Result orientation and ability to deliver under strict timelines
- Experience working in a matrixed environment preferred, collaborating across teams and functions
- Flexibility to travel as needed
- Executive presence and assertiveness.
- Strong communication, organizational, verbal & written skills.
- High degree of responsibility and ownership, strong multitasking, coordination and tenaciously looking for ways to get results.
