Position: IT Administrator
Location: Sakinaka, Andheri East
Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Administrator to oversee
the management and maintenance of IT assets and provide essential support for our organizations
technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure all hardware and software are functioning
efficiently and maintain accurate records of IT assets.
Key Responsibilities:
● Asset Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate record of IT assets, including
hardware, software, and licenses.
● Equipment Tagging: Ensure proper documentation and tagging of all IT equipment.
● Routine Maintenance: Perform regular inspections and basic maintenance of IT assets.
● Employee IT Support: Assist employees in troubleshooting issues with their IT assets,
including hardware, software, and connectivity.
● Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with vendors for procurement, repairs, and warranty
services.
● Setup & Configuration: Set up and configure hardware and software for employees or
systems.
● Stock Management: Track and manage IT stock for spares and replacements.
● Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with IT policies and data security guidelines.
Requirements:
● Any graduate with a keen interest in IT and technology.
● Proven experience in IT administration or asset management.
● Basic knowledge of IT hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
● Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
● Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Skills:
● Experience with asset management tools or software.
● Knowledge of IT procurement and vendor management.
● Familiarity with network and data security practices.
