Position: Executive IT (Male candidates only)


Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Executive IT to provide support for the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of NeuLIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) at Neuberg Diagnostics. This role requires hands-on support for both technical and operational aspects of the LIMS application, ensuring smooth machine interfacing, system performance, and user satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


  • .NeuLIMS Implementation Support:
  • Provide technical support for the successful implementation of NeuLIMS across labs and centers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper system setup, configuration, and data integration.

  • Application Administration:
  • Perform administrative duties such as installing, upgrading, creating users, and managing access to the NeuLIMS application.
  • Enable and maintain audit trails as per company policy and industry standards.

  • Machine Interfacing and Support:
  • Interface machines and devices with the LIMS application, ensuring smooth communication between instruments and the system.
  • Map tests and parameters in the system, resolving any queries from technicians or staff regarding sample booking, barcoding, collection, processing, test approval, and reporting.

  • Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:
  • Troubleshoot communication issues between NeuLIMS and laboratory instruments or devices.
  • Address and resolve technical issues related to system functionality in a timely manner.

  • Client/Franchise Account Management:
  • Manage client/franchise accounts within LIMS, including locking/unlocking accounts as per the credit and cash terms approved by the company.

  • LIMS Application Maintenance:
  • Ensure the smooth functioning of the LIMS application both online and offline in accordance with company IT policies.
  • Perform regular system checks and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

  • Coordination with Senior Management and Departments:
  • Coordinate with senior IT staff and other departments to ensure efficient system usage and resolve issues promptly.
  • Provide support for inter- and intra-team coordination for the implementation of updates and user concern resolutions.

  • User Support and Ticket Management:
  • Resolve user tickets related to system errors, functionality, or any other issues within the set response time.
  • Provide technical support to end users, addressing any issues or concerns they may have.

  • Incident Management and Resolution:
  • Respond to incidents within the defined target time and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Perform failure analysis, identify the root cause of problems, and take corrective actions.

  • Team Monitoring and Reconciliation:
  • Monitor and reconcile the work done by team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency in operations.
  • Process Automation:
  • Initiate and follow through with process automation wherever possible to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual interventions.
  • Assistance in MIS Reporting:
  • Assist senior IT staff (L2 & L3) in the creation of daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
  • Travel Requirement:
  • Willingness to travel to regional offices and centers as required for system implementation, troubleshooting, or support.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or administration, preferably in the healthcare or laboratory environment.
  • Hands-on experience with LIMS (NeuLIMS experience is a plus) or similar systems.
  • Strong knowledge of system troubleshooting, machine interfacing, and technical support.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Ability to manage user queries, tickets, and system performance issues.
  • Familiarity with application administration tasks such as user access management and system upgrades.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to perform failure analysis and root cause identification.
  • Willingness to travel to different locations as per business needs.
