Plant Head Cum General Manager

1. Production Planning and Management: Plan, organize, and oversee production activities to meet customer demands and quality standards.

2. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of production supervisors, quality control personnel, and other support staff.

3. Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.

4 Maintenance and Upkeep: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of plant equipment, machinery, and facilities.

5. Cost Control: Monitor and control production costs to ensure profitability.

6. Supply Chain Management: Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods.

7. Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with HSE regulations.

8. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
