Accounts Head

1. The Accounts Head will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the factory, including:

2. Managing and supervising the accounting team

3. Preparing and reviewing financial statements, such as balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and cash flow statements

4. Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements

5. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and accounts

6. Analyzing financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement

7. Prepare and present financial reports to senior Management, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, P&L etc.

8. developing and implementing financial strategies to optimize profitability and minimize costs

9. Coordinating with external auditors and Ensuring timely completion of audits tax laws, and regulatory requirements.

10. providing financial guidance and support to the Management team

11. Monitor and manage inventory levels, including raw materials, work-in-progress, and

finished goods.

12. manage the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss accounts.

13. Analyze and control costs related to production, raw materials, labor, and overheads to optimize profitability.

Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) qualification

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a plastic industry

Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements

Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills

Proficiency in accounting software, such as Tally, ERP OR SAP
