MEP Manager - Civil Contracting Division (Mumbai Head Office)

Role & responsibilities

Interaction with Client to understand requirements.
Preparation of Design Presentations to Client (for Design Build Assignment) or Study Design, Drawings and BOQ provided by Client.
Prepare Design with in-house Designers or Coordinate with Associate/Consultant, Prepare BOQ , Cost Estimated and Rate Analysis.
Coordinate with Client for Checking and Approval of Setting out at site
Review of Design, BOQ and Specification on finalization of Contracts
Approve the Material Indent for procurement.
Interact with Purchase & Tendering Team for confirmation of timely placing the orders.
Vendor Management
Monitoring Progress of Work on Site, Material Consumptions & Quantities of Work executed on site.
Monitoring & Controlling of execution w.r.t Time, Cost, Quality and Safety
Review the Measurement sheets based on the work executed on site.
Interact with PMC / Clients Engineer/ Architects on site for work clearance, progress and design clarifications/ Measurement Approval.
Keep Track of deviation, additional scope and extra items.
Resolving Site Issues and expediting the progress of work on site
Client Billing and Certifications
Certification of Subcontractors and Supplier Bills
Project Completion Documentation and Handing over.
