Roles and Responsibilities

Understand requirements Clients requirements

Review & Coordination with Consultants, Working design details, GFC drawings etc.

Follow-up with Consultants for Details, sample approval.

Monitoring & Controlling of Quality and progress of work at site.

Monitoring and Controlling Cash outflow and Inflow.

Day to day coordination with the site.

Approve the Material Indent for procurement.

Interact with Purchase & Tendering Team for confirmation of timely placing the orders

Assist in reviewing the sub contractors extra items and claims.

Daily correspondence with Client, Contractors, Vendors and Other Agencies.

Develop Labour Contractors / Sub Contractors for Works & Vendor Management.

Monitoring Progress of Work on Site, Material Consumptions & Quantities of Work executed on site.

Monitoring & Controlling of execution w.r.t Time, Cost, Quality and Safety.

Monitor & Control/ Follow-ups for Deliverable of suppliers/ subcontractors/ Labour Contractors Certification of our bills from Client / PMC Certification of subcontractors bills.

Organize Coordination meetings with Consultants and Clients.

Project documentation.

Follow up, expediting, troubleshooting.

Commissioning of the Project and Handover.

Working with Contractor on Industrial, Commercial, Residential, Hotels etc.
