Role & responsibilities

• Design and drawing review for Iron Ore crushing & Screening Plant, Pellet Plant, Beneficiation
  plant, Mine Infrastructure facilities etc.  (Structural Steel Design & RCC design)
• Estimation of civil and Structure quantity for Coal handling plants, Integrated Steel Plants,
  Beneficiation plants (SDRI, Power Plant, Pellet Plant Etc.)                    
• Solving Site related problems.    

Responsible for major modifications, cost reduction initiatives

Field of Experience

• Should have design knowledge of Civil & Structural Design & Engineering for the industrial
  projects like Pellet Plant, Beneficiation Plant, Steel plant, Cement plant etc.,
• Basic knowledge in Geotechnical investigation and its requirements etc.,
• Hands on experience in Structural design of process plant buildings, Transfer House, Truck
  Bridge, Work shop Shed, OH Water tanks, Switch yard support structure, residential buildings
  etc. in Steel plant, Power Plant, Coal Handling plant in Mines or in Power Plant and Raw
  material Handling System
• Should have experience in design of civil foundations for Coal handling plant like Silo, Over
  Ground Bunker, Under Ground Bunker, retaining wall, Transfer house Foundation, Crushing
  and Screening plant building foundations, Drains, Substation Building, roads, Box culverts,
  Pipe culverts etc.    
• Should have a sound experience of design & drawing review from other agencies engaged
  for design and drawings both Civil and Structural Steel.
• Should have experience in solving site related hurdles.
• Should have experience in soil investigation techniques, Survey.

Should have experience in design /review of drawings and design in water retaining
structure, roads and drains.

Skills

• Design through Staad Pro Structural Design Software, AutoCAD, MS office   
• Estimation of civil and Steel Structural quantity for Coal handling plant.
• IS code and international codes knowledge.  
• Must be a good team player.
• Must have positive attitude and hard working
• Should have Experience in making cost Estimation
