Job Description / Responsibilities
Radoratory Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a versatile HR Recruiter to lead our talent acquisition efforts across various technical disciplines. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment for positions in mechanical engineering, electronics, software development, as well as internship programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent across multiple technical fields including mechanical engineering, electronics, software development, and other relevant areas.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a diverse range of positions, from entry-level to senior roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers across different departments to understand varied job requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
Utilize various recruiting channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, campus recruitments, and employee referrals.
Implement and maintain an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process for all positions.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
Assist in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation across multiple technical disciplines.
Develop and manage internship programs, coordinating with educational institutions as needed.
Maintain comprehensive recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring activities and outcomes across all departments.
Desired profile of the candidate
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience in HR recruiting, with demonstrated success in technical recruitment across various disciplines.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, labor laws, and visa regulations for international hires.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates from diverse technical backgrounds.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR technologies.
Ability to understand and communicate technical job requirements across different engineering and software development fields.
Experience in campus recruitment and managing internship programs.
