We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Human Resources team as a Recruitment Officer

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in attracting, selecting, and onboarding talented individuals to contribute to the success of our organisation

The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

Recruitment Strategy:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.

Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Sourcing and Screening:

Utilise various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates.

Conduct initial resume screening and pre-screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.

Interview and Selection:

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Conduct interviews, both in-person and virtually, and provide insightful evaluations of candidates.

Facilitate the selection process, including reference checks and background screenings.

Candidate Experience:

Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Communicate effectively with candidates, keeping them informed about the status of their application.

Onboarding:

Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate the smooth onboarding of new hires.

Conduct orientation sessions and assist in the integration of new employees into the organisation.

Data Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system .

Generate recruitment reports and metrics to assess the effectiveness of the recruitment process.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Recruitment Officer or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software.

9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Monday to Saturday)
