Appian Architect (12-16 yrs)

Job Description :

- 12+ Years of total experience with 3+ years of recent experience as an Appian architect

- Experience in setting up Appian delivery teams and best practices ?

- 2+ years of experience in configuring, debugging, and systems integration including configuring forms, reports, underlying logic, and interface components as a developer

- 3+ experience with relational databases and SQL scripting

- 1+ years of experience in all phases of software development for large-scale business-critical applications following Agile methodologies

- Experience in Appian Delivery Governance Model, Appian Development, UX, Technical Health Checks and Application Performance & Security Reviews

- Possess good knowledge on best practices suggested by Appian in designing the solutions

- Understand the rules management and CDT use in Appian Its benefit and disadvantage

- Experience working with users to gather and refine requirements

- Ability to translate business needs into solution architecture requirements

- Ability to manage and guide a team of leads and developers

- Broad-based general technology ecosystem and industry understanding

- Hands-on experience in developing Appian Plugins

- Experience with Agile or SCRUM development methodology

- Excellent communication skills
