Role Details:

Location: Remote (Hyderabad-based)

CTC: 18 LPA

Work Model: Remote

3 to 5 yrs of exp.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Digital Measurement Analytics for marketing platforms, ensuring accurate data collection, validation, and reporting.

- Collaborate with onsite stakeholders, marketing, technology, and digital teams to align on strategic priorities.

- Drive effective project management by ensuring clear communication, timely deliverables, accuracy, and compliance.

- Mentor and upskill team members on analytics, technical, and functional best practices.

What You Bring:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in analytics (5 to 7 years in lieu of a degree).

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAS or SQL.

- 2+ years of experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

- 1+ year of experience in data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) for insights-driven reporting.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience in the Financial Services Industry (2 to 4 years preferred) is a plus.
