Position Overview :

We are looking for a skilled Java Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust server-side applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities :

- Application Development : Design, implement, and maintain server-side applications using Java and related technologies.

- API Development : Create and manage RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless integration with front-end applications and third-party services.

- Database Management : Design and optimize database schemas; write efficient queries and manage data storage solutions.

- Performance Optimization : Analyze application performance and implement optimizations to improve speed and scalability.

- Collaboration : Work closely with front-end developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to ensure a cohesive and high-quality user experience.

- Code Quality : Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct code reviews to uphold coding standards.

- Testing : Implement unit and integration tests to ensure application reliability and performance.

- Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate best practices into development processes.

Qualifications :

- Proficiency in Java, Spring framework, and microservices architecture.

- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
