Head - UX/UI - IT (20-25 yrs)

- He/ She will be responsible for leading and guiding the company's UX design strategy, ensuring a seamless and innovative user experience across all digital products and platforms. This role cuts across leadership, design expertise, and strategic thinking to drive user-centered design practices across the organization.

- The UX Head will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, marketers, and business leaders to create and deliver intuitive, accessible, and delightful user experiences. Champion UX best practices and user research processes to influence product and design decisions across the company. Lead the design process from concept to final delivery, ensuring a high standard of creativity and usability.

- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and maintain design integrity. Stay updated on the latest UX trends, tools, and technologies, and bring new ideas into the design process. Continuously monitor the performance of user experiences and iterate on designs to improve usability and user satisfaction.

- Lead the creation and implementation of UX KPIs and regularly report on the impact of UX work.

- 20+yrs of total experience. Someone who has started of as a UX/UI developer and moved on to the career ladder in the same space. Should have more than 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design, and 5+ years in a leadership role, ideally in a fast-paced product or technology-driven environment.

- Proven track record of leading and growing UX design teams in the development of successful digital products. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team of designers and cross-functional teams. Experience working in an agile or lean product development environment.

- The candidate should have strong Leadership mindset in building a practice and managing the revenue as well as growing the practice. Candidates from services industry is preferred.
