Chief Operating Officer - IT (20-25 yrs)

- The COO will oversee and optimize the operations of a multi-country consulting and IT company specializing in data, platform, and software development services. As the primary driver of operational excellence and scalability, the COO will lead the company's global operations from its headquarters in India, ensuring seamless execution across diverse markets.

- This role is envisioned as a preparatory step to transition into the CEO position, requiring a demonstrated ability to scale global businesses, manage multicultural teams, and deliver strategic outcomes.

Role: The Chief Operating Officer will play a pivotal role in the Company and would be required to excel in the following areas:

a. Operational Excellence

- Delivery Management

- Process Improvements

- People Management - building a high-performance team

- Optimization of Operations

b. Financial Acumen:

- Should have handled P&L in the past - Country / Region/ Global

- Understanding and Optimization of Costs, EBITA, Margins

- Would require working closely with the CFO

c. Customer / Client Relationship Management:

- Manage both Domestic Clients and Global Clients and understand the dynamics in the geographies that the Company operates

- Build Strong Relationships with New Clients

- Managing Existing Relationships especially Key Accounts

- Being able to troubleshoot customer complaints / escalations
