We are looking for an experienced and visionary leader to head our Creative & Design team. This senior role will encompass end-to-end ownership of branding, media planning, public relations, and communication strategies, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and values. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in delivering impactful campaigns and inspiring teams to achieve creative excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Leadership:
- Lead, inspire, and mentor the Creative & Design team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Develop and oversee the creative strategy, ensuring all designs and campaigns align with the brand's vision and objectives.
Branding:
- Define and maintain the brand's identity and positioning across all platforms.
- Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines in all internal and external communications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative communication strategies tailored to diverse audiences.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform marketing efforts.
Media Planning:
- Design and execute integrated media strategies to maximize outreach and ROI.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to optimize media campaigns.
