Senior Graphic Designer (5-10 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities for UI/UX Designer & Video Editor:

- Design user interfaces for a variety of platforms, including websites, apps, and software

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups

- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that designs meet user needs and technical requirements.

- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback.

- Edit and produce video content for different purposes.

- Managing timelines and prioritizing of workload and knowing when to ask for direction

- Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites or mobile apps function and look like.

- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.

- Manage and mentor junior designers.

- A strong team player with a go-getter attitude.

Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in design, or a related field

- Must have worked with B2B IT company

- 6+ years of experience in UI/UX design and video editing

- Experience with video editing softwares

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.

- Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe, Illustrator, Figma, iOS, Android and Design Systems and video editing tools.

- A team player but can work independently too.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
