Profile Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented person to join our team as a Head of Marketing & Branding. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies that will enhance brand visibility, brand awareness and drive growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of brand management and marketing. The Head of Marketing & Branding will lead a team of enthusiastic individuals and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy Development and Brand Management:
- Develop and implement effective brand strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer insights.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of brand guidelines to ensure consistency in visual and verbal communication.
- Manage the brand portfolio, including brand architecture and product branding strategies.
- Monitor brand performance metrics and make decisions to optimize brand health.
2. Brand Communication:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and engagement.
- Ensure all marketing materials; digital content and advertising align with the brand's voice and identity.
- Utilize various channels, including social media, PR, events, and partnerships, to promote the brand.
3. Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of branding and marketing professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and creative work environment, encouraging innovation and excellence.
- Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and evaluate team performance.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, product development, sales, and other departments.
- Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and vendors to execute branding projects.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for branding initiatives.
5. Innovation and Trends:
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in branding and marketing.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in brand strategy and execution.
