Head - Marketing - Real Estate (5-10 yrs)

Responsibilities

- Co-ordinating with Digital and Creative agencies for respective activities.

- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department

- Design branding, positioning strategies

- Execute all marketing related activities for all the sites and corporate.

- Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas

- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share

- Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)

- Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives

Requirement and Skills:

- Work experience as Marketing Manager, preferably within Real Estate industry

- Experience running successful marketing campaigns of around 3+years

- Deep knowledge of web analytics and Google AdWords

- Experience with CRM software

- Analytical mind

- Graduate of MBA in Marketing or relevant field.
