We are looking for a Salesforce Architect

For this position we are looking candidate with strong technical expertise in Salesforce and practical hands on experience with technologies like Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce, including the ability to build custom integrations using rest API . We’re specifically looking for candidates who have led multiple large-scale implementations from a technical perspective (Service cloud is a must) in their current role along with hands on development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions, focusing on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Architect, build, and deploy custom integrations using REST APIs to connect Salesforce with external systems.
• Leverage expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce to deliver customized functionalities and enhancements.
• Drive the technical execution of Service Cloud implementations, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational goals.
• Serve as the technical leader for Salesforce projects, mentoring development teams and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Conduct technical reviews and troubleshoot complex issues during project execution.
• Ensure Salesforce architecture complies with data security, governance, and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience, with a focus on technical architecture and hands-on development.
• Mandatory: Proven experience leading Service Cloud implementations at scale.
• Strong hands-on development experience with Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Expertise in designing and building integrations using REST APIs.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple large-scale Salesforce implementations from a technical perspective.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce best practices, security model, and data architecture.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
