We are hiring for L1- support Engineer for Chennai Location

Position: L1 Support Engineer

Job Description :

• Should have Knowledge on the ITIL framework / certification preferred
• Must have basic knowledge on Windows, Unix and Network
• Minimum 1 Years of Experience in L1-Support
• Good communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to work within a 24x7 support environment
• Should have knowledge on ticketing tools like SNOW, JIRA.
• Providing basic troubleshooting and guidance to customers in resolving their issues
• Escalating unresolved issues or complex problems to higher[1]level support tiers (e.g., L2 or L3 support) when necessary
• Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time and able to handle multiple projects
• Should have strong working knowledge Microsoft office products
• Willing to work in shift basis(24/7)
