Basic Requirements:- ● Any Graduate/Post-Graduate with experience in sales ● Experience of 0-4 years in sales/pre-sales/counseling/customer support ● Good analytical, excellent communication skills (English) ● Quick learning ability, adaptability to changing business needs ● Real estate sales are an added advantage Key Responsibilities: 1. Attend inbound requests from the buyers and assist them throughout their property search 2. Understand the buyers requirements and educate them about the property 3. Schedule and confirm property inspections/ visits 4. Collaborate and closely work with the Sales Consultants who accompany your buyers to the property 5. Post-visit, take feedback from the buyer about the property they visited and participate in the deal closure 6. Address all the queries, and concerns of the buyers by seeding logical information 7. If the buyer is dissatisfied with the inquired property, suggest alternatives and schedule visits 8. Analyzing the latest property market trends 9. Utilize cold-calling techniques to grow your pipeline 10. Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes 11. Provide regular reports to the manager regarding client interactions, property visits, and sales progress Remuneration: CTC: 4.2 LPA to 6 LPA (depends on experience & qualification) Monthly Incentives/Variable - Over and above fixed CTC earn Variable pay of 10k per month - Plus another 5k* incentives on closure of each deal. So if a Sales Consultant (visit) closes 4 deals in a month, that months Incentive earned by you would be 5*4=20K Growth & Opportunities ahead: Step 1: Senior Pre-Sales The Pre-Sales Consultant role also serves as the only funnel to the next upward role. All performing members in the above team, by default earn the opportunity to move ahead to the Senior Pre-Sales /Sales Consultant Role. The eligibility for moving to the Sales Consultant role is consistent performance for 4-6 months at current position. There is no time limit on the appraisal cycle and performers easily make it to the next level and beyond, within as less as 4-6 months, depending upon the vacancies available. Step 2: All performing members in the above team, by default earn the opportunity to move ahead to the Team Lead role. The eligibility for moving to the Team Lead role is consistent performance for 6-12 months at the current position. There is no time limit on the appraisal cycle and performers easily make it to the next level and beyond, within as less as 6-12 months, depending upon the vacancies available. Other good to know details before applying: 5. 1. Weekends (i.e. Saturdays & Sundays) are working days. They are usually the most engaged days 2. First 2 months mandatory probation period with 1 paid leave allowed (apart from week-offs) 3. 6 days/week office. 1 day fixed week-off selected between Tuesday & Wednesday 4. General Office hours: 10.00 AM to 6.00 PM (Minimum 8 hours each work-day) Total 30 days leaves in a year
