Front Desk Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Reception Management:
   
• Greet and welcome students, parents, and visitors warmly and professionally.
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
• Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
2. Communication and Coordination:
   
• Act as a liaison between parents, staff, and the school administration.
• Communicate important notices, schedules, and updates to relevant parties.
• Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence.
3. Administrative Support:
   
• Maintain accurate records of visitors and appointments.
• Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining student and staff records.
• Support the administration team with clerical tasks as needed.
4. Event and Appointment Scheduling:
   
• Coordinate appointments for parent-teacher meetings, school tours, and other events.
• Keep track of schedules for key school events and activities.
5. Student and Parent Assistance:
   
• Respond to queries regarding admissions, school policies, and procedures.
• Address concerns or direct them to the appropriate department or person.
• Assist students with basic needs, such as signing in/out or locating classrooms.
6. Crisis and Emergency Handling:
   
• Handle emergency situations calmly and promptly by following school protocols.
• Communicate urgent matters to school authorities or security teams.
