Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursement.
- Oversee statutory compliance related to payroll, including PF, ESI, TDS, gratuity, and labor laws.
- Address and resolve payroll-related queries and discrepancies efficiently.
HR Operations:
- Supervise employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employee records management, exits, and compliance.
- Optimize HR operations processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals.
HRIS Management:
- Manage and enhance HRIS platforms for streamlined operations and reporting.
- Collaborate with IT and HR teams to implement system upgrades and ensure data integrity.
Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A):
- Manage people integration initiatives during M&A activities, ensuring smooth transition and alignment of HR processes.
- Conduct due diligence on payroll, benefits, and employee data during mergers and acquisitions.
Data Analytics and Reporting:
- Generate and analyze reports related to payroll, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Provide actionable insights for decision-making through data analytics.
Qualifications and Experience:
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.
- 8 to 12 years of experience in Payroll Management, HR Operations, HRIS, and M&A People Integration.
- Strong knowledge of payroll and HRIS platforms.
- Excellent understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance in India.
- Proven track record in managing payroll for large organizations.
- Experience in HR operations during M&A will be an added advantage.
