Job Description
- Curriculum Development: Plan and develop curriculum content, lesson plans, and teaching materials for psychology courses
- Lectures and Presentations: Deliver engaging lectures and presentations on various psychology topics, theories, and research
- Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement
- Discussion Facilitation: Lead class discussions, debates, and interactive activities to enhance student understanding and critical thinking
- Assessment: Design and administer assessments, quizzes, exams, and assignments to evaluate student knowledge and progress
- Feedback and Grading: Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their performance and assignments
- Student Support: Offer academic guidance, mentoring, and support to students, addressing their questions and concerns
- Research Involvement: Encourage students to explore psychological research, theories, and methodologies, and guide them in conducting projects
