Job Description
- Assisting the MD handling the various secretarial functions.
- Manage and negotiate Travel Requirements in terms and Ticketing, Hotel, VISA, Local Travel, Expense Statements, Timely Payments to Credit Cards.
- Handling correspondence, sending mails, and Calls.
- Keep daily record of Schedules & meetings of MD.
- Handling drafting correspondence.
- Data Entry whenever required by the employer.
- Looking into co-ordination of service, Sales person activity and update madam daily regarding pending call / critical calls.
- Also maintain Sales person daily activity report and update Madam on daily basis.
- To get Boss's work done from Back Office Staff.
- Communicate and follow up with customers directly.
- Maintain records and personal files.
- Attend meeting internal or with principles, prepare draft for the agenda.
- Prepare minutes of the meeting and followup .
- Managing all arrangement for Conference, CME's and Meetings.
- HR related activities include interviewing and recruiting formalities.
- Any additional work as may be given any time.
- Availability on mobile for all emergencies.
- See all reports & protocols are done in time and inform accordingly.
- Maintaining records of deadlines of principles as per their requirement
- To improve office culture & implementation of office rules & protocols
