Position Overview:
At Lifesight, we seek an experienced Recruiter to drive Tech and non-tech hiring. This role
requires someone capable of independently managing end-to-end recruitment while building
strong stakeholder relationships and optimising processes.

What you'll do:
● Independently manage the full recruitment cycle across Tech and non-technical roles.
● Harness the power of data and analytics to measure the efficacy of our recruitment efforts, identify areas for improvement, and optimise our strategies accordingly.
● Ensuring timely and high-quality hires.
● Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams and hiring managers, aligning talent acquisition efforts with our overarching business objectives.
● Source and attract top talent, leveraging expertise in B2B SaaS hiring.
● Ensuring process efficiency and a seamless candidate experience.

Required skills…

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build & analyze reports.
• Have strong candidate interviewing skills.
• Understanding of recruitment process & systems.
• Process-oriented: Demonstrable commitment to defining, documenting and following processes and workflows

You are perfect for the role if you have…
● 3-4 years of talent acquisition experience with expertise in Tech & Non-tech hiring.
● Startup exposure is a must-have. ( SaaS Preferred )
● Proven ability to manage complex recruitment processes and senior stakeholders.
● Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and balance strategic and operational
responsibilities.
