DevOps Engineer - Cloud Infrastructure (4-8 yrs)

About The Job :

Lifesight is looking for a DevOps Engineer in our Infrastructure Team in Bangalore, India. You will be responsible for helping to build and maintain our Cloud Infrastructure. A successful candidate will be a self starter, who drives excellence, is ready to jump into a variety of Cloud Infra issues and DevOps activities and is able to coordinate and collaborate with other engineers for quicker Infra and DevOps related issues resolution.

Responsibilities :

As a DevOps Engineer you will :

- Implementing various development, testing, automation tools

- Take care of infrastructure

- Take care of CI/CD using modern tools like bitbucket pipeline or github actions etc.

- Configure and fine tune cloud infrastructure as and when required

- Administer VPC, subnets and other networking requests

- Support cloud servers including security configurations, patching

- Develop scripts (preferably Python) for automating client/server

- Administer Container Orchestration, Troubleshooting etc.

Qualifications :

- Engineering degree in Computer Science or equivalent

- Minimum of 3+years of core DevOps experience.

- Strong experience on Infrastructure provisioning using Terraform.

- GoodExposure in Container Technologies like docker, kubernetes, helm, Dockerfile

- Strong experience with any one of the following CSP: GCP/AWS.

- Proficient with IAM, Instances, VPC, Cloud Storage, Load Balancers, Firewall, CDN

Good to have :

- Experience with Linux OS, Linux commands and concept of web servers

- Experience in pub/sub, bigQuery, Redis, cloud run, artifact registry
