Head ACD (Admission Coordination) - Medical Officer (MO)

To monitor the progress of patients assigned by CCD for IPD and OPD.
To coordinate with patient and concerned hospital.
Daily working on beneficiary cases assigned from BCD
To provide status to respective MAS & RM.
Monitoring and Controlling of, Cases received from hospital TPA desk to T2T portal (our TPA portal)
Monitoring separate queue of patient admission due to accident at construction site.
Monitoring the patient till the discharge is issued
Patient wise final bill approval
Cumulative hospital Bill finalization
Maintain the daily district wise and state wide hospital register and dashboard.
Centralized monitoring of patient information from all MMUs and connecting to respective MMU in case of any emergency
Providing support to Doctors seating in MMU if required and guiding them accordingly
