Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage a team of 30+ admissions counselors. Ensure the team meets daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback. Design and implement training programs for new and existing team members. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge. Oversee day-to-day operations of the call center. Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred). 4-5+ years of relevant experience. Strong leadership and communication skills.
