Customer Support Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through phone, email, live chat, or social media.
• Provide troubleshooting assistance for product or service-related issues, resolving problems efficiently.
• Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately.
• Update customer accounts, ensure data accuracy, and maintain detailed records of interactions.
• Handle escalated customer issues, complaints, and feedback with empathy and professionalism.
• Offer guidance on product features, policies, and services to help customers make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with team members and departments to ensure timely resolution of complex issues.
• Meet or exceed individual and team goals for customer satisfaction, response time, and issue resolution.
• Identify trends in customer concerns and report insights to help improve products, services, and processes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and promotions to better assist customers.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Excellent English Communication.
• Experience in a specific industry, such as Healthcare may be an advantage.

Shift Timings ( Rotational Shift)

• 9 AM - 5:30 PM
• 11:30 AM -8:00 PM
• 2 PM - 10 PM

Working Days - 5 Days per week ( After Probation)

Probation Period - 6 Days per week
