Minimum 2 years of experience in general insurance investigation portfolio
  • Data entry in system for investigation cases
  • Telecalling for paid unpaid recoveries, able to improve the paid unpaid recovery%
  • Preparing reports, maintaining in system sharing with stakeholders
  • Able to identify a good network of investigators recovery agents.
  • Exposure to investigation process for all LOB recovery of theft vehicles
  • Hands on computer, MS office
  • Must be a good learner.
