Benchmarking industry retention conversions, processes, online platforms through information collected via internal and external sources.
Interacting with business and retention teams to drive retention.
Strengthening existing process and designing new & improved processes.
Coordinating with various stakeholders to develop interfaces across all customer touchpoints for seamless renewal journey. Improving customer journey.
Designing R & R programs and driving the same.
Any other retention product related activity
