Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate to spearhead the outreach and sales efforts for Pulse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services sales, particularly with high-net-worth clients and family offices. This role is critical to expanding our client base within India, specifically targeting Single Family Offices.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Outreach:
- Identify and proactively reach out to potential clients, focusing on Single Family Offices across India.
Sales Strategy:
- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the needs of family offices, showcasing the benefits of the Pulse platform.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within Single Family Offices to ensure long-term partnerships.
Product Demonstrations:
- Present and demonstrate the capabilities of Pulse to prospective clients, ensuring they understand its value in optimizing their financial and operational activities.
Market Research:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and the unique challenges faced by family offices to better position Pulse as the preferred solution.
Sales Targets:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and provide regular updates on progress to the leadership team.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure that the sales pitch aligns with the platforms capabilities and client needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA is a plus.
- 4-5 years of experience in sales or business development within financial services, wealth management, or fintech industries.
- Proven experience in selling to high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) or SingleFamily Offices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial products clearly and effectively.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a track record of closing deals.
- Familiarity with financial platforms, investment reporting tools, and the unique needs of family offices.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
