Sales Role - Banking (1-4 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Banking Sales Officer to join our team. This role requires building strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored financial solutions. Key Responsibilities :

- Promote and sell banking products such as loans, savings accounts, (Current Account, Savings Account).

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

- Achieve individual and team sales targets.

- Provide excellent customer service and support.

- Stay updated on banking products, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications :

- Age: 22 to 32 years old.

- Experience: 1 to 4 years in the BFSI sector, particularly in marketing and CASA sales.

- Education: Graduation in any field.

- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Preference: Local area candidates preferred for better market knowledge and client understanding.
