LD 236 Subject Matter Expert (Core Banking System)

Minimum 15+ years of experience in project management in the Cards & Payments industry, with a focus on VISA, MasterCard, ATMs, or related systems.
Strong knowledge of the payments ecosystem, industry standards, and financial regulations.
Proven experience in managing and delivering large-scale projects independently.
Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project).
Ability to independently manage projects end-to-end without external support.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
