VP - B2B Sales & Partnerships

• Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B sales and partnerships strategy.
• Identify, engage, and establish strategic relationships with key business partners, clients, and stakeholders.
• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
• Cross-functional Collaboration & Operational Excellence:
• Work closely with the Product, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams to align B2B offerings with market demand.
• Drive pricing, packaging, and positioning strategies for B2B product categories.
• Develop sales performance KPIs, track key metrics, and provide insights to optimize decision-making.

Experience -

• 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, wholesale, or retail partnerships within consumer goods, home, or lifestyle categories.
• Prior experience working with big-box retailers, national distributors, or Sales Reps.
