Roles and responsibilities:

• Drafting and posting job advertisements on various job portals.
• Organizing Interviews: Coordinating and conducting initial interviews to assess candidates
  qualifications and fit for the organization.
• Onboarding: Managing the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they complete required paperwork, EPF and ESIC registration, and are introduced to company policies and culture.
• Payroll and Compliance: Ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing in collaboration with the HR Manager and finance team. Addressing employee queries related to salary, benefits, and policies.
• Statutory Compliance: Maintaining up-to-date PF records and ensuring timely payments.
• Maintaining Employee Database: Keeping accurate and updated records of all employees, including personal details, job roles, and performance, in both hard and soft copies.
• Updating HR Files: Ensuring proper documentation for retainers, leave balances, attendance records, etc.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors Degree or degree related to similar industry
• 1 to 2 years experience
