Internship Trainee

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team on THIRD PARTY PAYROLL and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources management. Role & responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
• Help coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
• Assist in drafting HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Provide support in payroll processing and attendance management.
• Address employee queries regarding HR policies and processes.

Preferred candidate profile

• Recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• A proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards learning and contributing.
