Accounts Executive

The main responsibility of an Accounts Executive is to do accounting activities. This includes processing the invoices, reconciling company accounts.

• Record transactions relating to Purchases and payment, cash, bank and journal entries including entries that impact income statement and balance sheet etc.
• Processing expense requests
• Cash book maintenance.
• Maintaining the company purchase and sales ledgers.
• Banks reconciliation
• Booking of expenses of employee claims
• Prepare the Payment to vendors / employees.
• Raising sales E-invoices
• Liaising with clients and suppliers and employees
• Updating and maintaining procedural documentation / filling
• Assist in Statutory work like GST, TDS and etc..

Skills required:

• Well-versed in Tally
• MS Office with Excel Formulas
• English Type writing
• Ability to develop effective working relationships with co- employees in the company

Language

• Ability to speak in English, Tamil & along with Hindi (Preferred)
• Good written and verbal communication skills

Experience

• Minimum 2-3 years work experience

Salary

• Gross salary Rs. 20000 to Rs. 23000 per month
