Roles and Responsibilities

• Work with department heads to determine hiring needs and job specifications.
• Develop job descriptions and role requirements.
• Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews via phone or in person to assess candidates' qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Develop interview questions and criteria.
• Participate in interviews and evaluate candidates based on job requirements and organizational fit.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Masters Degree in human resources, business administration (Fresher, 0 to 1 year Experience), MBA, Other Relevant PG Diploma or PG in Human Resources.
• BBA (Management)
• Candidate must have good communication skills
• should be ambitious for growth
