HR Executive

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain company records, documents, and databases.
• Handle office supplies, ensure inventory is up to date, and manage procurement.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation bookings.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
• Advertise open positions on relevant job boards, company websites, and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Support onboarding processes for new employees, including documentation and orientation.
• Assist in employee record-keeping, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in non-IT Recruitment.
• Proven experience in administrative support and recruitment.
• Experience with sourcing techniques.
• Good Knowledge of Job portals: Naukri, Linkedln, Indeed, Internshala etc.
• Graduate candidates or result awaited candidate can apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
