Job Description
- Monitor and manage Azure environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic Azure-related issues
- Perform routine maintenance tasks like patching and upgrades
- Provide first-level support for Azure-related incidents
- Document and escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams
- Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and meet service delivery objectives
- Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Required Skills and Experience
- Basic understanding of Azure services (Compute, Storage, Networking, Security)
- Knowledge of Azure Portal and PowerShell/CLI
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability1 to multitask
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (preferred)
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Azure administration
